When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and order details. If you contact us on WhatsApp or through our contact form, we also keep that correspondence so we can help you better.
How we use it
Your information is used to fulfil your order, arrange delivery, send order and delivery updates by SMS, WhatsApp, or email, and provide customer support. With your consent, we may occasionally share new collections or offers — you can opt out at any time.
Payments
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only, which involves no payment data at all — you pay the courier directly when your parcel arrives. We do not collect or store card details.
Cookies & analytics
Our website uses cookies to keep your cart working and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not function fully.
Sharing
We share your details only with the courier delivering your order. We never sell your personal information.
