How does sizing work?
Our sizes run by age, from newborn right through to eight years — 0–3M, 3–6M, 6–12M, 12–18M, 1–2Y, 2–3Y, 3–4Y, 4–5Y, 5–6Y, 6–7Y and 7–8Y. Not every style comes in every size, so each product page lists the sizes available for that piece along with a full chart of weight and height ranges. Our fits run generous, so if your little one is between sizes we suggest sizing up.
How should I care for the fabrics?
Cottons and muslins: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours, dry flat in the shade, and press on low heat. Knitwear: hand wash or use a gentle wool cycle, then dry flat to hold the shape — pieces with appliqués, beading or fringing should be hand washed only. Padded jackets: wash zipped and closed, then shake well while drying to redistribute the filling. Avoid bleach throughout so the imported fabrics stay soft wash after wash.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — tick the complimentary gift wrap option in your cart and add a note, and we'll wrap your order in tissue and ribbon at no extra cost. Perfect for baby showers and newborn gifts.
Why do some pieces sell out so quickly?
We buy imported fabrics in small runs, often just one piece per size, so each style is genuinely limited. If something you love shows as sold out, message us on WhatsApp — we'll tell you whether it's returning.
What are your delivery options?
We deliver across Pakistan in 2–4 working days, free on orders over Rs 5,000 and a flat Rs 250 below that. International orders are arranged via WhatsApp — see our International Policy.
How do I pay?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan — you pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready, as couriers often cannot give change. We're working on adding card payments soon.
What if the size doesn't fit?
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange or return. Items should be unworn with tags attached — full details are in our Returns & Exchange Policy.
How do I apply a discount code?
