Placing an international order
Message us on WhatsApp at 03390031418 or through our contact page with the items you'd like and your destination country. We'll confirm availability and quote the exact international shipping cost before you pay.
Shipping & timelines
International orders are sent by tracked courier. Delivery typically takes 7–21 working days depending on the destination. Tracking details are shared as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Payment
International orders are prepaid by direct bank transfer, arranged with us over WhatsApp. Cash on Delivery is available within Pakistan only. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR); your bank will convert at its prevailing rate.
Customs & duties
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
International returns
Our 7-day return and exchange policy applies to international orders too, however two-way shipping is borne by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect — in which case we make it right at our cost.
